These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Volt IPTV Player software application and the website voltiptvplayer.com (together, the “Service”). By installing, activating, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Volt IPTV Player is

Volt IPTV Player is a media player software application for Smart TVs (Samsung, LG) and mobile devices. It lets you play media playlists that you already own, provided in the M3U or Xtream Codes format by third-party providers.

Important: Volt IPTV Player does not provide, host, resell, index, or supply any channels, streams, films, series, or media content of any kind. The software is an empty player — all content comes from the playlist you choose to connect.

2. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the playlists, subscriptions, and credentials you connect to the software, and for ensuring that you have the legal right to access that content in your country.
You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You must not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the licensing of the software.
You are responsible for keeping your Device ID and PIN code confidential.

3. Licences & activation

A free 15-day trial is available on installation, with no payment required.
Paid licences are offered as a 1-year licence or a lifetime licence.
Each licence activates one device, identified by its Device ID. Licences are personal and non-transferable.
The 1-year licence renews annually unless cancelled; the lifetime licence is a one-time payment.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Prices displayed may include tax depending on your location. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms.

5. Third-party content & availability

We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the availability, quality, legality, or continuity of any streams or content delivered by your own provider. If a channel or stream does not work, this relates to your provider or your subscription, not to the software.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free on every device or network.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from any third-party content you connect to it.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a licence in case of fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
