This Privacy Policy explains what information Volt IPTV Player (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our software and website voltiptvplayer.com, how we use it, and your rights. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.

We never track or log what you watch. Everything is transmitted over a secure encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and Volt IPTV Player does not monitor, record, or analyse the channels, films, or streams you play.

1. Information we collect

Device identifier — a Device ID (a stable identifier derived from your device) and a PIN code, used to activate and manage your licence and your saved playlist.
Playlist connection details — when you add a playlist through our website, you provide either Xtream Codes credentials or an M3U URL. These are used only to deliver your playlist to your device so the app can load it, and are transmitted over an encrypted connection. You may optionally protect them with a 4-digit code.
Email address — collected by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) at checkout for your receipt, and by us if you email support or use the contact form.
Contact form data — the name, email, message, and optional file you submit when contacting us.
Technical data — IP address and basic request logs, used for security (rate-limiting, abuse prevention) and to keep the Service running.

2. How we use your information

To activate, renew, and manage your licence on your device.
To deliver the playlist you choose to your device.
To provide customer support and respond to your messages.
To secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Payment data

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), our Merchant of Record. Your card details are entered directly with Lemon Squeezy and are never seen or stored by us. Lemon Squeezy’s handling of your data is covered by their own privacy policy.

4. Third-party services

Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and invoicing.
Google reCAPTCHA — used only on our private admin login to block bots; it is not used on public pages.

5. Cookies & local storage

Our public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser’s local storage only to remember your language preference. Your device stores your session locally so the app can start quickly.

6. Data retention

We keep your device and licence data for as long as your licence is active, so your setup works across reinstalls. You may request deletion at any time (see below). Payment records are retained by Lemon Squeezy as required for accounting and tax purposes.

7. Your rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Simply email us at support@voltiptvplayer.com with your Device ID and we will action your request.

8. Security

We protect the Service with HTTPS encryption, security headers, rate-limiting, and restricted administrative access. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to safeguard your data.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
